We are aware of an intermittent authorisation issue affecting a limited number of vendors.

 

We are working closely with 3rd Party Providers to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and will provide an update as and when we have further information.

Resolved 28.12.11 at 17.23 - Good news, we've fixed the problem we've had with authorisation processing. We're sorry if this caused you any inconvenience.

We are currently experiencing an intermittent service disruption with a 3rd party provider where 3D Secure transactions are failing.

 

If you are not able to process please contact Customer Service on 0845 111 44 55 where we can advise on changing your rulebase.

 

RESOLVED - 16:41: Please be advised that the issue with the 3rd Party 3D Secure processing is now resolved.

Test My Sage Pay Admin area isn't working at 100% right now.  We're monitoring the system and are fixing any issues for you that may crop up.
