WhyBuyNew sell a huge range of both B-Stock and new DJ equipment. As their business grew they needed a powerful system to manage their stock and warehouses effectively along with improving picking and dispatch processes in order to cope with ever growing order volumes.

We delivered a mix of custom functionality along with standard core features based on our popular multi channel MailOrderWorks software. This has allowed their team to save hours of work each day and help their sales team maximise orders using the real time stock control built right into their sales screen.

Special features were developed to handle their different types of stock for the same products - such as brand new, B-Stock, C-Stock and others. The dispatch process prompts their preparation team to check and test goods during dispatch based on the type of stock being picked.

We're continuing to support and develop the software, with several further enhancements planned.
