Bambolina

Bambolina have been using MailOrderWorks, our mail order management software, for some time alongside their existing website, developed by a third party. They approached us, enquiring about our online shop platform and its ability to integrate seamlessly with MailOrderWorks, allowing real time stock control and order processing without any manual data entry.

We designed the new website to make it easy to browse their wide range of high quality dolls and accessories. Using the powerful product properties system available within 2Dcommerce, searching and filtering is a breeze because customers can "drill down" the products by selecting from a range of properties such as hair colour, position, price, age suitability and more.

The new site had to be logical and easy to use as it's popular with both adults and children, so the fun and friendly theme was crucial to ensuring the new site was effective. The design has received excellent feedback from customers of all ages.

Our office will be closed from 1pm today until 9am on Wednesday 2nd January 2013.

All our servers will be monitored 24/7 and we have staff on-call should there be any issues. If you need to contact us during the closure, please submit the request via Portal and select Extreme as the priority (this notifies on-call staff automatically).

Alternatively, if you do not have a Portal login, please use our Support form (selecting Critical) to report any serious issues or request out of hours support.

We've had another exceptionally busy year and are eternally grateful to our clients for their continued support. We really appreciate all the referrals and interesting projects we've had the pleasure of working on. This year has seen five great new people join our team too, our office has changed around a bit and we will continue to organically grow to best serve our clients.
